【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案はサイロ、濾過集塵装置その他爆発性の

生じた際に該槽体を大きく破壊することなく爆圧
を外部に放散させて装置本体を保護するようにし
た破裂板式の爆圧放散装置の改良に関するもので
ある。

よつて切込部分を通じ爆圧を放散させるようにし
たものを普通とするため、特に槽体が大型で爆圧
放散装置も大型のものにする必要のある場合には
製作に手数を要するうえに信頼性も不充分な欠点
がある。

ランジ部7と押え枠8間にはパツキン9を介して
該開口部6を閉塞する放散板としての主板10の
周縁方部が挾持されてボルト11により固定され
ている。そして、この放散板としての主板10は
例えば厚さ0.3〜1mm程度の18−8ステンレス鋼
板やアルミニウム薄板等使用目的に応じた充分な
耐食性と強度を有する材料よりなるものとし、ま
た、この主板10には破裂し易い形状例えば第3
図に示すようなコ字状或いはX字状に連続した切
込12を介して爆圧により起立する適当数の板片
部13が形成されており、さらに、各切込12は
主板10片面または両面に貼着されたアルミニウ
ム箔テープやシリコーン樹脂テープ、ポリエステ
ル樹脂テープ等の耐食性、耐熱性、耐候性などに
優れたテープ14をもつて閉塞してある。他方、
第5図、第6図は本考案を使用したサイロの第2
の実施例で、前記第1の実施例との相違点は大き
な負圧と正圧が交互にかかる場合に交番の圧力に
充分耐えるよう開口部6に必要に応じ補強用の桟
を設けるとともに押え枠8にも桟8′付の立上り
部8″を設けたもので、槽体1の所要の開口部を
閉塞する主板10に連続した切込12を介して爆
圧により起立する適当数の板片部13を形成し、
該切込2を主板10の両面に貼着したテープ14
をもつて閉塞した点は前記第1の実施例と同様で
ある。なお、前記2実施例において主板10に設
けられた切込12は連続したものとしているが、
板片部13が主板10に適確に保持されるよう
に、主板10の材質および肉厚等の条件によつて
は破線状の切込としてもよく、また、切込12を
閉塞するテープ14は負圧と正圧が交番でかかる
槽体以外においては主板10の片面にのみ貼着し
たものとしてもよい。

10に切込12を介して形成されている爆圧によ
り起立する適当数の板片部13が該切込12の端

他装置本体に悪影響を及ぼすことなく該開口を通
じ外部に放散され、従つて、爆圧によつて装置本
体が破壊されることを適確に防止する充分な保護

爆圧放散装置は槽体1の開口部6を閉塞する主板
10に切込12を設けて適当数の爆圧により起立
する板片部13を形成し、この切込12を主板1
