外周部とそれより下方の開口部周壁の外面とに
夫々係止片を上下に対応させて設け、この2つの
係止片間にわたつて平面方向に回動可能な連結軸
を抜き差し可能に挿着し、前記連結軸にはマンホ
ール開口部周壁の係止片に対する係止位置と係止
解除位置とを付与すると共に、蓋の係止片に対し
連結軸をその外周のくびれ部に軸線を直交させて
係合する六角穴付きネジで回り止め及び抜け止め
