Claims (1)
- 所定の物理量を電気量に変換する変換素子を有
し被測定物理量に対応した電気信号を送出すると
ともに、校正用基準電圧源を内蔵した変換器にお
いて、外部基準電圧入力端子、この外部基準電圧
入力端子に対する外部基準電圧の入力に応じて変
換器各部の校正用基準電圧を内蔵の校正用基準電
圧源が供給する電圧から上記外部基準電圧に切換
える手段および外部基準電圧を使用して内蔵の校
正用基準電圧源の校正を行なう手段を設けたこと
を特徴とする変換器。
