Claims (1)
- 回転軸にカラーを設け、軸封液の通路をシール
リングと回転軸間の隙間とシールリングとカラー
間の隙間の２段絞りとし、シールリング、カラー
及び軸で構成される空間を軸封圧力の中間圧とす
ることにより、シールリングに作用する軸方向の
流体力の不釣合を低減しシールリングの半径方向
の回転軸に対する追従性を改善したことを特徴と
する軸封装置。
