- 金具の端面をスラミツクスのメタライズ面に突
き合わせてろう接してなり、前記金具のろう接部
を、前記端面に向けて断面先細に形成してろう材
が先細部とメタライズ面により形成される隅部に
充填されてなることを特徴とする封着部品。
