Claims

[Scope of utility model registration request]

In a magnetic tape cassette with a take-up reel,
a spring plate that presses the top of the reel within the cassette case to prevent the reel from moving vertically within the cassette;
a protrusion for attaching the spring plate to a substantially central portion of the ceiling inside the case; an oval or square mounting hole is provided approximately at the center of the spring plate; the mounting hole and the protrusion are provided; and the spring plate is bent into an arcuate shape near the mounting hole.
