た寸法とし、外袋の見返し部分と一緒に開放フア
スナーを取り付ける。 (ホ) 頭巾を装着するための紐は、非常の場合
とくに子供に結ばせることは無理であるので、広
巾ゴム輪を使用、住所、氏名、血液型等を記入、
フアスナー開き止り裏側にゆとりをつけて取付け
る。 ２ 平常はバツグとして使用し、災害時にはナア
プザツクと防災頭巾として使用できる、実用新案
