Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 空気ベアリング表面を形成する２本のレールを底面両側
    部の長手力向に設けたスライダーと、該スライダーの長
    手力向一端部に埋め込まれて前記２本のレールの一方の
    空気ベアリング表面に磁気ギャップを露出させた磁気コ
    アとを備え、前記スライダー底面を磁気記録媒体表面に
    対向させて両者間の空気流によって前記空気ベアリング
    表面に浮上力を発生させる浮動式磁気ヘッドにおいて、
    前記スライダー底面の前記２本のレールの間に、補助的
    な空気ベアリング表面を形成す名補助レールを設けたこ
    とを特徴とする浮動式磁気ヘッド。
