ス流体を置換して圧力を測定するように形成され

となつている計器によつて圧力を測定する場合に
、元弁以降の圧力導管に圧力逃がし弁と計器のプ
ロセス流体を置換して圧力を測定するように形成
されたダイヤフラムに接続できる構造で、かつ測
定圧力側にダイヤフラムを有する校正用隔膜式置
換器と校正用隔膜式置換器内の圧力を変化させる
時に使用するテスト弁及びベント抜き孔、ドレン
抜き孔により構成する校正用隔膜式置換器とを設
