て直接駆動されるようになつている形式のものに
おいて、前記発電機1の自由軸端部がピン状の屈
曲部4を有し、該屈曲部にころがり軸受け6がか
ぶせられており、かつ、屈曲部の屈曲率によつて
ころがり軸受け6の外レース8を介して直接真空
ポンプのピストン部材10の行程運動が生ぜしめ
られるようになつていることを特徴とする真空ポ
ンプ。 2 前記ピストン部材10がダイヤフラムであつ
て、該ダイヤフラムが駆動側で加圧板9にかつポ
ンプ作業室側で駆動側の力に抗して作用するばね
部材17に作用している実用新案登録請求の範囲
第1項記載の真空ポンプ。 3 発電機1のカバー13がポンプの入口弁14
および出口弁15を受容しており、更にダイヤフ
ラムの外縁部が発電機1のケーシング3とカバー
13との間に緊定されている実用新案登録請求の
