Claims (1)

板との間に、振動板の周部とスペーサとを挟持す
るように構成した圧電音響変換装置であつて、前
記スペーサの断面形状を、外周側ほど先細りで、
かつ、前記振動板側および前記基板側の両面がそ
れぞれ傾斜面となる台形状に構成し、該スペーサ
の振動板側の内周縁を前記サポートエツジにほぼ
