Conventionally, the terminals of the coils of this device were processed by caraming and soldering, but it was necessary to create a terminal structure to automate the process from winding to assembly, so the terminal structure was changed to the one shown in Figure 1. , the bobbin body 6 around which the coil is wound and the terminal pin 21 are simultaneously molded, or the bobbin body 6 is molded as shown in FIG.
A pilot hole 36 was bored in the hole 36, and the terminal pin 21 was press-fitted into the pilot hole 36 and fixed. However, in the former case, the investment required for the mold for simultaneous molding of the bobbin body 6 and the terminal pin 21 is large, and there are also large restrictions on the material of the terminal pin 21.
In the latter case, there was a problem in that it was difficult to form the narrow holes on the mold in the longitudinal direction.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. In the figure, 1 is a substantially U-shaped yoke, and a rectangular parallelepiped-shaped permanent magnet 2 is placed on the center piece of this yoke 1. Reference numeral 3 denotes an armature, in which the yoke 1 and the armature 3 form a magnetic circuit due to the magnetic flux of the permanent magnet 2, and the armature 3 is attracted to the end faces of both pieces 16 and 17 of the yoke 1.
4 is an output shaft connected to armature 3;
is a coiled spring that biases the output shaft 4 upward. 6 is a bobbin made of synthetic resin,
This bobbin 6 is divided into upper and lower halves, and is formed of a lower bobbin 61 and an upper bobbin 62 . The spring 10 and the yoke 1 are fitted into the bobbins 6 1 and 6 2 , and the bobbins 6 1 and 6 2 each have a circular recess 8 formed at the end of the corresponding surface to accommodate the spring 10 . In addition, recesses 7 with one of the top and side surfaces open for housing the yoke 1 are formed on corresponding surfaces of both bobbins 6 1 6 2 , respectively. These recesses 7,
Reference numeral 8 is formed to correspond to the outer shape of the yoke 1 and the spring 10, and is used for positioning. A stepped portion 18 is formed in the center of both bobbins 6 1 and 6 2 to allow the coil 5 to be wound thereon. In order to fit the bobbins 6 1 and 6 2 together, three fitting protrusions 19 are provided on the lower surface of the upper bobbin 6 2 , and the fitting protrusions 19 are provided on the lower surface of the lower bobbin 6 1 .
Fitting recesses 20 that fit into the respective fitting recesses 9 are formed in correspondence with each other. One end of the rod-shaped terminal pin 21 is bent, and the end of the coil is connected to the tip, and the other end is connected to a connecting wire for energizing. By engaging with the bobbin body 6, it is prevented from coming off. At the end of the lower surface of the bobbin 6 1 , two rod-shaped terminal pins 21 connected to the end of the coil 5 by wire wrapping or soldering are press-fitted into two grooves with openings on the lower surface and front and rear surfaces. 22 is formed as shown in FIG. Further, as shown in FIGS. 10 and 11, protrusions 37 are formed on the opposing inner surfaces of the groove 22 at intervals slightly smaller than the outer diameter of the terminal pin 21. Therefore, the terminal pin 21 is press-fitted into the groove 22 with both ends of the terminal pin 21 protruding, and is securely clamped and fixed by the projections 37. One bobbin 62 has an angular recess 9 with open upper and lower surfaces for storing and positioning the permanent magnet 2 placed on the upper surface of the yoke 1, and the permanent magnet 2 is placed in the recess 9. In the stored state, the upper surface of the permanent magnet 2 is substantially flush with the upper surface of the bobbin 62 and is in contact with the lower surface of the armature 3. Furthermore, bobbin 6
An insertion hole 24 through which the piece 16 of the yoke 1 is inserted and an insertion hole 23 through which the output shaft 4 is inserted are bored at one end of the bobbin 62, and the yoke 1 is formed at the side surface of the other end of the bobbin 62 .
A notch 25 is formed in which the other piece 17 is housed,
Further, a protrusion 2 protruding from one end of the armature 3 is provided on the inner surface of a standing wall 27 provided at the other end of the bobbin 62.
A recess 26 into which the armature 8 is loosely fitted for positioning the armature 3 is formed respectively.

After storing the yoke 1 and the spring 10 in the recesses 7 and 8 of the bobbin 61 , and placing the permanent magnet 2 on the yoke 1, the fitting protrusion 19 of the bobbin 62 is inserted into the bobbin 61. By fitting into the recess 20, both bobbins 6 1 and 6 2 are fitted. Then, as shown in FIG. 4, the coil 5 is wound around the stepped portion 18 of the bobbin 6 to form a bobbin block 29. FIGS. 5 and 6 show a bobbin block 29 formed as described above, in which both ends of the coil 5 are attached to the tip of one end of the terminal pin 21 mounted in the groove 22 of the bobbin 61. are connected to each other. Further, the armature 3 disposed on the bobbin block 29 has the protrusion 14 at the other end loosely fitted into the opening 13 of the output shaft 4, and the protrusion 28 at one end fitted into the recess 26 of the bobbin 62 . 4 is inserted into the insertion hole 23 of the bobbin 62 , and the lower part 12 of the output shaft 4 is inserted into the spring 10 housed in the recess 8. Armature 3
A bobbin block 29 equipped with a bobbin block 29 and an output shaft 4 is disposed in a dish-shaped lower case 30, and a box-shaped upper case 31 is covered from above with a bottom opening. At this time, a locking piece 33 having an opening 34 formed at the lower end of both sides of the upper case 31 is hooked onto the protrusion 32 of the lower case 30 to lock the locking piece 33 . Further, an angular through hole 35 is formed in the upper surface of the upper case 31, through which the upper end of the output shaft 4 passes. When the other end of the terminal pin 21 is made to protrude from the recess 38 formed on the end surface of the lower case 30 and connected to an external connection wire for energizing the coil 5, it is very easy to perform the connection by, for example, soldering. be.

FIG. 8a shows a state in which the coil 5 is not energized, and the yoke 1 and armature 3 are attracted by the magnetic flux of the permanent magnet 2 shown by the arrow in the figure. The output shaft 4 connected to the armature 3 is urged downward against the return force of the spring 10. Next, as shown in Figure b, the coil 5
When energized, the armature 3 is caused by the magnetic flux from the coil 5 in the opposite direction to the magnetic flux of the permanent magnet 2.
is released from the yoke 1, and the output shaft 4 projects in the direction of the arrow in the figure due to the return force of the spring 10. Then, after the coil 5 is no longer energized, the output shaft 4 is
When pressed in the direction of the middle arrow, the armature 3 is attracted to the yoke 1 and returns to its initial state.

As mentioned above, with this invention, the terminal pin can be easily fixed by simply grasping both ends of the terminal pin and press-fitting the center part of the terminal pin into the terminal, making it possible to automate the press-fitting of the terminal pin and improve assembly. It has the effect of improving
Since the bent part of the terminal pin is engaged with the bobbin body, it has the effect of reliably preventing the terminal pin from coming off.Furthermore, when forming the bobbin body, the groove can be formed using conventional and simple mold technology. In addition, the grooves into which the pair of terminal pins are press-fitted are formed on one side of the bobbin body, making it easy to mold the bobbin body, which simplifies molding and reduces costs. effective.
