Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate blowing-in of a cool air flow with a simple construction and to miniaturize the part of the hot air circulating heater part by providing a diaphragm between a self-cooling fan and a motor, and partitioning the periph ery of the motor by the diaphragm together with a back plate. CONSTITUTION:A diaphragm 16 is provided between a self-cooling fan 11 and a motor 9 to partition the periphery of a motor 9 by the phragm 16 and a back plate 12. The diaphragm 16 is provided at a portion facing the self-cooling fan 11 with a hole having a diameter which is equil to that of the self-cooling fan 11. When the motor 9 rotates, the fan 11 rotates. Cooled air flow which has sucked ecternal air and cooled the motor 9, is discharged out of louvers 14 and 15 of the back plate 12 via the hole of the diaphragm 16. Provision of the disphragm 16 eliminates the circulation of the cooling air flow around the periphery of the motor 9, and the motor 9 is constantly cooled by external air.

台所等へ設置する場合も裏板12のモータ9に対向する
部分だけが後方へ突出すために余分に設置場所をとって
しまう問題があった。本発明はこのような従来の問題点
を解消するものであり、簡単な構成で熱風循環ヒータ部
分のモータの冷却風のまわシ込みをなくし熱風循環ヒー
タ部分の小型化する構造を提供するものである。
