換器１を具備する給湯器を設置してこの給湯器か
ら浴槽Ｂに湯張りするものにおいて、熱交換器１
からの温水回路１１ｃに止水弁４を挿入し、常閉
方向に付勢せしめられるこの止水弁の弁体４１と
一体の係合部４２をこれと係合する係止手段４３
に対向させ、操作部５の操作により前記弁体と同
期して移動せしめられ且復帰方向に付勢された移
動子３５を設け、この移動子に取付けた鉄片３４
を熱交換器１の燃焼部に設けた熱電対３１の熱起
電力によつて励磁される電磁石３３に対向させ、
前記移動子の初期位置への復期動作により係止手
段４３と係合部４２との係合が解除されるように
移動子３５と係止手段４３とを連動させ、熱電対
３１の回路の電流を浴槽Ｂ内の水位を検知する水
位検知手段の出力によつて阻止するようにした浴
