弁ケーシングの上端側方に取付けた弁座部材であ

弁ケーシングに取付けた導入管から成るものに於
いて、弁座部材に通過断面積が弁口以下のオリフ
イスを設け、そのオリフイスを通して弁孔と出口
を連通し、弁口とオリフイスの間に通過断面積が
弁口よりも大きな圧力形成室を形成したことを特
