Claims (1)
- ミシン送り方向の針落ち後方に、エアシリンダ
で作動し外部からの通電で加熱される糸切断用の
ポンチを設け、ベツド面より下側にて前記ポンチ
と対応する一にメス部材を固定し、上下にスプリ
ング稼働でき糸保持面を持つポンチ受台を前記メ
スと一体的に組合せ、常態では前記糸保持面をメ
スの刃先よりやや上方に位置するよう構成した環
縫いミシンの空かん糸切断装置において、前記エ
アシリングの近傍の温度をセンサーで検知し、該
温度が所定値を越えている間、制御回路が前記ポ
ンチへの通電を遮断するようにしてなる、環縫ミ
シンの空かん糸切断装置。
