Conventionally, an air mat has been generally used as this device for preventing bedsores, and as shown in FIG. Air is supplied from the air mat 1 to inflate the air mat 1, and the air jet hole 3
As shown in FIG. 2, the air mat 1 is made up of two air chambers 11 and 12, and the air chambers 11 and 12 are arranged alternately, such as a cylindrical air pouch that can be expanded and contracted. The air mat 1 shown in FIG. 3, as shown in FIG. In these conventional examples, the one shown in FIG. 1 has a drying effect due to air jet, and the one shown in FIG. The one shown in FIG. 3 is intended to achieve both pine surge and drying effects, and each has its own characteristics when viewed individually. However, from the user's point of view, there are people who are seriously ill who cannot move their bodies at all, and people who can move their bodies without any inconvenience, and the sweating effect changes depending on the climate in which they are used. Blowing air will cause a drop in body temperature, and in summer or high humidity, bedsores are likely to occur without the drying effect of air gushing. In other words, none of the conventional products provide a function to prevent bedsores throughout the year, and are not satisfactory for people who are forced to undergo long-term medical treatment.

Therefore, in the present invention, there is provided a first air chamber formed of a plurality of cylindrical air sacs, each of which is expandable and deflated, and a plurality of air sacs each of which is expandable and deflated and arranged alternately with each cylindrical air sac of the first air chamber. An air mat having at least three air chambers: a second air chamber formed by a cylindrical air sac of a book, and a third air chamber equipped with an air jet hole on the top surface, and supplying air to this air mat. a pump that controls air flow, a solenoid valve provided between the pump and each air chamber in the air mat, a control circuit that controls air supply to each air chamber via the solenoid valve, and a control circuit that controls air supply to each air chamber via the solenoid valve. and an operation input section that provides a pattern selection input to the control circuit having a plurality of patterns, and the first and second air chambers are both inflated, and the third air chamber is inflated. A state in which air is blown out from the chamber, a state in which the first air chamber and the second air chamber are inflated alternately, a state in which the first air chamber and the second air chamber are inflated alternately, and a state in which the third air chamber is expanded. This allows the user to select the state in which air is blown out.

To explain based on the embodiment shown in FIG. 4, the air mat 1 is composed of three air chambers 11, 12, and 13, and the first air chamber 11 is
It consists of a plurality of cylindrical air sacs connected to each other on one side, and each air sac can expand and contract. The second air chamber 12 is made up of a plurality of cylindrical air sacs connected to each other on the other side of the air mat 1 and can be expanded and contracted. are arranged alternately.
The third air chamber 13 has a thin bent cylindrical shape.
It is provided along the boundary between the air chamber 11 and the second air chamber 12, and air jet holes 3 are provided on the upper surface. Air is supplied to each of these air chambers 11, 12, 13 by the pump 2, but between the pump 2 and each of the air chambers 11, 12, 13 there are solenoid valves V 1 , V 2 , V, respectively. 3 are provided, and each air chamber 11, 1 is controlled by these solenoid valves V 1 , V 2 , V 3 .
The air supply to 2 and 13 can be controlled individually.

The operation of these electromagnetic valves V1 to V3 is controlled by a three-position switch 4 via a control circuit 5. In other words, the control circuit 5 has a sequence of multiple patterns made up of timers, relays, etc., and the control circuit 5 whose pattern is selected by the switch 4 operates each solenoid valve V in the sequence of the selected pattern. 1 to V3 . For example, when the switch 4 is switched to the A position, the control circuit 5 switches all the solenoid valves V 1 to V 3
is turned on to supply air to all air chambers 11, 12, and 13. In this case, the air mat 1 is in an inflated state as a whole and blows out air from the air outlet 3 of the third air chamber 13, which causes the human body to levitate and prevents the occurrence of bedsores due to localized blood congestion due to its own weight. At the same time, it removes moisture such as sweat, which is one of the causes of bedsores. Furthermore, when the switch 4 is switched to the B position, the control circuit 5 turns off the solenoid valve V 3 and turns off the solenoid valves V 1 and V 2 at predetermined time intervals (approximately 10 to 60 seconds) set by the timer circuit. The first air chamber 11 and the second air chamber 12 are alternately turned on and off, and although air is not blown out, the first air chamber 11 and the second air chamber 12 are expanded by the air sent from the pump 2 and contracted by the air discharged through the solenoid valve V 1 V 2 . By repeating this alternately in a shifted state, the human body support points on the air mat 1 are shifted to promote blood circulation and thereby prevent bedsores. Furthermore, when switch 4 is switched to position C, the solenoid valve
V 1 V 2 are turned on and off alternately, solenoid valve V 3 is turned on, and the first air chamber 11 and the second air chamber 12 alternately expand and contract, and at the same time, air is ejected from the air jet hole 3 of the third air chamber. .

When you do this, you can use it like this: In other words, if the patient is seriously ill and must not move at all, switch 4 should be placed in the A position to float the body and remove moisture, and if the patient's condition has recovered and the body can be moved, the most effective position is the C position. Switch 4 is switched to , and bed sores are prevented by pine surge promoting blood circulation and moisture removal. If it is winter, set switch 4 to position B. Even in winter, it is effective to occasionally switch the switch 4 to position C to dehumidify.

Please note that the above operation pattern is just an example.
Patterns that include an operation in which air is ejected intermittently by periodically turning on and off the solenoid valve V3 , or for critically ill patients in the winter when solenoid valve V3 is off and solenoid valves V1 and V2 are on. Corresponding patterns may also be considered. Furthermore, the number of air chambers in the air mat 1 is not limited to three, and it is of course possible to have as many as there are. The control circuit 5 is not limited to one constructed of a sequence circuit, but may also be constructed using a microcomputer.

As described above, according to the present invention, the user can change the operation of the air mat according to his or her own symptoms and depending on the season, and it can be used to treat bedsores regardless of the season for people with various symptoms. This can provide a preventive effect.
