互に連通させて圧縮エアの供給方向を切換えるた
めの弁体18を前記ポンプ軸7と同方向に往復動
可能に中間室8内に設けてなるエア駆動式ダイア
フラムポンプのエア供給切換装置に於いて、前記
弁体18の外側面及び中間室8の側部のいずれか
一方に前記弁体18の往復動方向に沿う方向に係
合用凹部17,17aを並設し、且つ他方に前記
弁体18の往復動作の所定の両端停止位置にて該
弁体18の固定が行なわれるべく係合部材20を
弾性部材22にて押圧させて前記係合用凹部17
,17aと係脱自在に設け、しかも前記弁体18
の両側にポンプ軸7の往復動作時に圧縮されて前
記係合用凹部17,17aと係合部材20との係
