著しく容易にすると共に、蝶番、掛金具等の部材
取付けをも容易にすることを目的としたものであ
る。

する必要があり、組立に多大の工数を要する難点
があつた。一方第2図のような構造では、ブライ
ンドリベツトなどによる工事は不要となるが、蝶
番8又は掛金具等の取付の為のボルト9の頭部が
アオリの側部に突出することとなり、トラツク等
の荷台にとつては、荷物に傷を与えるなど好まし
くなかつた。

合し、長ナツト14の緊締により、各パネル相互
を緊結させたものである。前記蓋片13は両側縁
上側に嵌合溝15を形成した金属製型材でなり、
嵌合溝15には、下段パネル10cの開口部12
の両側縁部に設けた嵌入突条16が嵌入掛止する
ようになつており、両者はパネル緊結と同時に強
固に連結するようになつている。図中17は、上
記のアオリパネルと荷台18を連結する為の蝶番
であつて、前記蓋片13の装着前にボルト19、
ナツト20により取付けられる。
