て、互いに平行に縫着された複数枚の長尺の第一
のカバー構成材１と、これら第一のカバー構成材
の中の一枚のものの一側縁部に、この一側縁部に
沿つて一列に並ぶように縫着された複数枚の短尺
の第二のカバー構成材２とを備え、前記第二のカ
バー構成材同志の間には、第二のカバー構成材同
志を分離する切り込み状の第一の不縫着部３を備
えるとともに、この第一の不縫着部の延長線と前
記第一のカバー構成材同志の縫い目４とが交差す
る位置には、前記受金物を挿通するための第二の
不縫着部５を一部分にわたつて備え、前記第一、
第二のカバー構成材は、無機繊維からなる断熱層
６を金属箔７で覆い、かつ、この金属箔のうえを
無機繊維からなる補強布８で覆つてなることを特
