前記受光素子に流れる電流を検出してこの電流に
応じた検出信号を発生する手段と、この検出信号
のレベルと所定基準レベルとを比較してこの比較
結果に応じてインピーダンスが制御される可変イ
ンピーダンス手段とを有し、この可変インピーダ
ンス手段のインピーダンスを前記増幅手段の入力
に並列に挿入してなることを特徴とする光受信回
