This method has the advantage that the suture needle can be covered with both sheets, but since the insertion slit for inserting the suture needle is formed in advance, it is difficult to insert the suture needle when the width of the insertion slit is small. In addition, if the width of the insertion slit is made large to facilitate the insertion work, the inserted suture needles may move and change their arrangement position, making handling time-consuming. Ta. On the other hand, after using the suture needle, conventionally the suture needle is pierced through a separate piece of gauze etc. to prevent powder loss, but in this way a separate device for piercing must be prepared, and It is inconvenient that it takes time and effort to re-insert it into the insertion slit formed as in the conventional example.

The first aspect of the present invention eliminates such inconveniences, makes it possible to easily pierce a used suture needle into its package to prevent powder loss, and also allows the used suture needle to be pierced and placed at a predetermined position. The purpose of this product is to provide a package for surgical suture needles that can be reused after sterilization, and in which a plurality of surgical suture needles are mounted on a base plate in the same direction with a space between them. in which each suture needle is fixed to the base plate by an adhesive member that crosses approximately the center of each suture needle, and each suture needle is fixed to the base plate with a strip-like piece having a width smaller than the length of each suture needle. It is characterized by being formed to a thickness that allows it to be freely pierced.

Further, a second aspect of the present invention is to arrange a plurality of suture needles in the same direction on a bed plate with intervals, and to attach the suture needles using a suture needle array plate for pasting each suture needle on the bed plate. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a packaging method in which each suture needle is simply and securely fixed to the base plate by the adhesive member, and the adhesive member is attached to the base plate so that the used suture needle can be pierced through the adhesive member. A method in which a plurality of surgical suture needles are arranged on a bed plate in the same direction at intervals, and each suture needle is fixed to the bed plate with an adhesive member that crosses approximately the center of each suture needle. The adhesive member is made of a heat-melting synthetic resin and is formed into a strip having a width smaller than the length of each suture needle, and has a thickness such that each suture needle can freely pierce it, and the shape of each suture needle is A suture needle array plate is superimposed on the base plate, in which a plurality of semicircular arc-shaped hole grooves corresponding to Then, a suture needle is inserted into each hole groove, the suture needles are arranged, and a band-shaped adhesive member is inserted over the arranged suture needles through the long groove, and further directed toward the base plate. It is characterized in that the adhesive member is welded to the base plate by pressure contact, and then by heating portions corresponding to the gaps between the suture needles from the back side of the base plate.

With the above structure, each suture needle 2 is held between the parts where the adhesive member 3 is welded to the base plate 1, so that it can be easily removed and used with a needle holder, etc. As shown in FIG. 5, after use, it is possible to pierce the adhesive member 3 to prevent powder loss, and to pierce the used suture needles 2 in the adhesive member 3 while arranging them in the state before use. It can be reused if it is sterilized.

Next, the packaging process for the above-mentioned product will be explained.
As shown in the second figure, the suture needle arrangement plates 4 are arranged in a superimposed manner so that the suture needles 2 are arranged on the base plate 1. The suture needle array plate 4 is made of a synthetic resin or metal plate member, and has holes 5 that are identical at intervals, into which suture needles 2 having a shape matching the suture needle can be inserted, depending on the type and size of the suture needle. In addition, a linear long groove 6 that crosses substantially the center of each hole groove 5 is bored. Therefore, first, the suture needles 2 are inserted into each hole groove 5 and arranged in the same direction at intervals. Next, the adhesive member 3, which can be freely inserted into the long groove 6 and has a thickness that allows a suture needle to pass through, is superimposed on each suture needle 2 through the long groove 6, and is pressed against the base plate 1 by the presser means 7. Thereafter, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the adhesive member 3 is attached to each suture member 3 through the base plate 1 by a heating means 8 having a pressure contact portion 9 that contacts the gap position of each suture needle 2 from the back side of the base plate 1. It is melted between the suture needles 2 and welded to the base plate 1.

In this way, when each suture needle 2 is fixed to the base plate 1 and packaged, the adhesive member 3 is welded to the upper surface of the base plate 1 without being crushed, so that the used suture needles 2 can be inserted into the base plate 1. The suturing needle 2 can be welded to the base plate 1 so as to maintain a thickness that allows it to pass freely.

As is clear from the above description, according to the first aspect of the present invention, each suture needle can freely pierce the adhesive member that fixes each suture needle to the bed plate with a strip having a width smaller than the length of each suture needle. Because the needle is formed to a thickness of This has the effect of providing a package for surgical suture needles that can be reused. Further, according to the second aspect of the present invention, in order to arrange and fix the suture needles in the same direction at intervals on the bed plate, a plurality of semicircular arc-shaped hole grooves corresponding to the shape of each suture needle are provided. A suture needle arranging plate in which holes are bored at intervals and long grooves extending across substantially the center of each hole groove are superimposed on the base plate, each suture needle is inserted into each hole groove and arranged, and the long groove Insert an adhesive member made of a heat-melting synthetic resin having a thickness that allows the suture needle to pass through each suture needle, and
Since the adhesive member is welded by heating the area corresponding to the gap between each suture needle from the back side of the base plate, each suture needle can be fixed by welding to the base plate without crushing the adhesive member. Therefore, it is effective to provide a method for packaging surgical suture needles that includes an adhesive member through which a used suture needle can be inserted.
