第2図に示す様に、火炎A、補助炎B共に金網3の表面

生じないが、金網3や炎孔2等の温度が高くなり易′い

されていることや、バーナヘッド1と金網3にセラミッ
ク溶射4をしているため、バーナヘッド1と金網3の密
着性が向とし、金網3表面の熱をバーナヘッド1に伝導
し易くなり、金網3の温度が極変に上昇することがなく
なる。これはバーナヘッド1の外周面に金網3は巻きつ
けられているため、バーナヘッド1は火炎A面より内側
で予混合ガスの通路側に面し冷却側に位置し、金網3の
冷却効果が十分に得られるからである。またセラミック
溶射4することによる金網3表面の耐熱性も著しく向上
