光フアイバとを光学的に結合させるようにした光
コネクタであつて、上記レセプタクルはプラスチ
ツク成形品からなり、その後端面は金属製のシー
ルド板で覆われており、且つそのシールド板は絞
り出し加工による円筒部を有していて、その円筒
部は上記レセプタクルの光素子挿入穴に嵌合され
ており、上記光素子はその円筒部に挿入された状
態で固定されていることを特徴とする光コネクタ
