Claims

[Claims for Utility Model Registration] In a breather device comprising a breather chamber defined above a mission chamber and communicating with the atmosphere, the breather chamber is divided into at least two chambers by a partition wall whose lower end reaches the bottom wall of the breather chamber. One breather chamber has a through hole communicating with the mission chamber, the upper part of the other breather chamber has a through hole communicating with the atmosphere, and a bottom wall of the breather chamber located at the lower end of the partition wall. A breather device for a mission chamber, characterized in that a through hole is provided at a location facing both breather chambers and communicating between both breather chambers and the mission chamber.
