来これらの排出装置は第1図イロに示す如く切替
えレールの入口側か又は出口側を支点として切替
えレールそのものを斜めに傾動させて走行片の走
行路を切替えるものが用いられているが、これら
の従来の方式のものは切替えレールの支点部分に
ロータリーソレノイドを設けるか、又は他の作動
機構を用いる場合は、支点軸の軸受装置が必要で
あり、該切替えレールの側方にこれらの装置を取
付けるためのスペースB(第3図)が必要とな
り、バケツトコンベアを近接して多数列に設ける
場合に列間隔を小さく出来ない欠点があつた。
又、これら従来の排出装置は、バケツトを高速で
走行させると、切替えレールが斜めに下がつた状
態のとき、チエンの高速な牽引力により走行片が
余り下がらないうちに次の走行レールに到達する
ので、走行片が走行レールに衝突する欠点があつ
た。
