- 車両用エンジンの一以上のシリンダに、通常の
吸気弁、排気弁とは別個に設けられた第３の弁又
は一以上のシリンダの排気弁を、車両のエンジン
ブレーキ走行時に開状態に保持するようにしたも
のにおいて、上記第３弁又は排気弁の弁開成量が
、リフト量ｈ（ミリメータ）と弁座内径ｄ（ミリ
メータ）の関数にて（ｈ×ｄ２）＝２５０乃至７
５０となるように構成したことを特徴とするエン
