【特許請求の範囲】 溶融金属収容容器の底部に取り付けられるべく構成され

に対して摺動変位され得るように固定盤の下面に圧接さ
れた上面を有する摺動盤とからなる溶融金属排出装置で
あって、前記摺動盤は、 上面が固定盤の下面に圧接されるべく構成されており、
一端部の両側に該一端面に対して斜めに形成された角落
部を有する耐火物製の摺動盤本体部と、 該本体部が収容されるべく構成された凹部を有する金属
製の摺動盤枠体と、 該枠体の凹部内に摺動盤本体部を着脱自在に固定すべく
、摺動盤本体部の前記一端に対向する側の端部が枠体の
凹部の側壁に当接せしめられるように、摺動盤本体部の
一対の角落部を前記対向端部側に押圧する押圧・固定機
構とからなり、前記押圧・固定機構は、 摺動盤本体部の一対の角落部を前記対向端部側に押圧す
べく、各角落部と凹部の隣接側壁との間に配設された一
対のくさび形の押え部材と、 該一対の押え部材による摺動盤本体部の押圧方向と交差
する方向に押え部材が変位可能である状態で、各押え部
材を前記押圧方向に両端側で押圧するように凹部内に配
置された力伝達部材と、該力伝達部材を前記押圧方向に
押圧すべく該力伝達部材と枠体との間に設けられた締付
機構とからなる溶融金属排出装置。
