検出ローラの両側に位置する一対のガイドシヤフ
トとの間に挾持して走行させ、前記弾性部材の変
位量を検出して電気信号を出力するトランスジユ
ーサを設けるとともに前記一対のガイドシヤフト
と前記検出ローラとを相対的に接近させたり離間
させる駆動機構を設けたことを特徴とするテンシ
ヨンアナライザ。 ２ 前記ガイドシヤフト駆動機構にエアシリンダ
