流速は応じた検出信号を出力する対向電極と、前
記励磁巻線を収納した検出部容器と、を備えた測
定部と;前記励磁巻線に励磁電流を供給する励磁
電流供給部と、前記検出信号を処理して前記測定
流体の流量に相当した流量信号を出力する信号処
理部と、前記励磁電流供給部および前記信号処理
部を収納した変換部容器と、を備えた変換部と;
前記検出信号を導く電路の電圧および電流を制限
する本質安全防爆構造形成用安全保持器と;から
なり、前記検出部容器および前記変換部容器を共
に耐圧防爆構造とし、かつ前記安全保持器を前記
検出部容器に収納したことを特徴とする防爆構造
