An attempt to develop a colored pattern on the chewing gum balloon film of balloon chewing gum is disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 54-38189. This is a method in which raw silk, cotton, animal intestines, fish scales, etc. are appropriately colored and mixed in chewing gum for balloons, and when the chewing gum is inflated, these decorative substances are distributed in the chewing gum balloon membrane, creating a colored pattern. The purpose is to express the However, the chewing gum obtained in this way has serious problems in terms of safety and health. In other words, the above-mentioned raw silk, cotton, fish scales, etc. have a poor affinity for sugars, so the sugar content is 70~
Sugars, which account for 80% by weight (hereinafter abbreviated as "%") of chewing gum, do not mix with the chewing gum, and in some cases are separated from the chewing gum and swallowed during chewing. Chewing gum, especially balloon chewing gum, is mainly purchased by children, so the release of materials such as raw silk from chewing gum not only causes problems during fights as described above, but also blocks the trachea and can lead to suffocation. There is also a risk of inviting In addition, the above-mentioned raw silk etc. are natural products and have their own unique shapes and are subject to restrictions.
The shape of the pattern developed on the chewing gum balloon film is also almost constant and monotonous.

That is, the above-mentioned decorative bubble gum has shaped pieces colored with a poorly soluble substance obtained using a poorly soluble substance that has a strong affinity for sugars dispersed therein as a pattern-forming product, so that the shaped pieces are chewing gum. It is extremely safe as there is no chance of it dislodging during chewing. Moreover, since the shape of the excipient can be easily changed, colored patterns of various shapes can be created on the chewing gum balloon film, and people, especially children, will not get bored with it. Examples of poorly soluble substances with high affinity for sugars include natural polysaccharides such as pullulan, carrageenan, xanthan gum, and guar gum. These substances may be used alone or in combination. In addition, gelatin, soybean protein, etc. may be used in addition to the above-mentioned substances. Although the above-mentioned sparingly soluble substances are sparingly soluble in water, they are relatively easy to become an aqueous solution if swollen or the like. Therefore, by making the above substance into an aqueous solution through a process such as swelling using water, adding synthetic or natural pigments etc. to this to make a colored solution, and casting the colored solution onto a glass plate etc. and drying it. This is formed into a funorum shape and cut into arbitrary shapes such as a star, crescent, triangle, or square, to produce pieces of excipients colored with a hardly soluble substance. In addition, by using # above as a solvent for dissolving the soluble substance, a solvent outside the waterside, etc., and passing through a process similar to that of producing a hardly soluble substance colored excipient piece using water, a hardly soluble substance colored excipient piece can be obtained. It is also possible to form

The balloon chewing gum in which the colored excipient pieces of the hardly soluble substance are dispersed can be obtained by kneading using a kneader or the like according to a known method, and is not particularly limited. There are no particular restrictions on the method of dispersing the above-mentioned pieces of colored excipients colored with a hardly soluble substance into balloon chewing gum, but they are added and mixed just before kneading the balloon chewing gum from the viewpoint of preventing the pieces of excipients colored with a hardly soluble substance from deforming due to friction. It is preferable to do so.

The above balloon chewing gum is made by dissolving vinyl acetate resin with a degree of polymerization within the range of 1000 to 38000 in a solvent, in addition to the above-mentioned hardly soluble substance colored and shaped sticks, and adding water-insoluble pigments (lake pigments, oil-soluble pigments) to the above-mentioned balloon chewing gum. Natural pigments (1w4 chlorophyll, activated carbon, titanium dioxide, etc.) may be mixed and dispersed, then cast onto a glass plate or the like to form a dry film, which is then cut into appropriate shapes and dispersed. .

Therefore, no safety and health problems arise due to the above-mentioned substances being desorbed from the chewing gum. Moreover, since the above-mentioned colored excipient pieces colored with a poorly soluble substance can be obtained by dissolving the sparingly soluble substance in a solvent solution and shaping it into an arbitrary shape, it can be shaped into any shape. Therefore, a variety of colored patterns can be created on the chewing gum balloon membrane that is inflated after chewing. In addition, when cut pieces of the vinyl acetate resin film are dispersed in the decorative bubble gum together with the pieces of the vinyl acetate resin film colored with a poorly soluble substance, even after the pieces of the vinyl acetate resin film are melted and washed away by chewing the chewing gum, the vinyl acetate resin film is Colored pieces remain and appear as patterns on the chewing gum balloon film, so
Various color patterns can be made to appear on the chewing gum balloon film over time. In other words, H at first? The colored pattern is created by the colored excipient pieces colored with the G-based substance and the vinyl acetate resin film colored pieces, and after the hardly soluble substance colored excipient pieces disappear, the colored pattern is created only by the vinyl acetate resin film colored pieces.

As described above, the decorative bubble gum of the present invention is formed by shaping a colored solvent solution of a poorly soluble substance having a high affinity for sugars into an arbitrary shape, and dispersing colored excipient pieces of an N/8 substance. Therefore, when the chewing gum is bitten, the colored excipient piece of the hardly soluble substance does not come off from the chewing gum at all. Therefore, unlike the conventional method, there is no risk of swallowing the detached pattern-forming substance or of the detached material blocking the trachea and causing suffocation, making it extremely safe and hygienic. Moreover, since the above-mentioned pieces of colored excipients colored with a poorly soluble substance are formed by shaping a solution of a colored solvent with a hardly soluble substance, they can be formed into any shape, thereby creating a variety of colored patterns on the chewing gum balloon film. You will also be able to get the effect of being able to do it.

Table 1 (parts by weight) When the obtained decorative bubble gum was chewed, the red pullulan film piece, which was a colored excipient piece of a hardly soluble substance, did not peel off from the chewing gum at all. The chewing gum-like lead film inflated after chewing shows that the red pigment in the balloon chewing gum has been dissolved and washed away, leaving the chewing gum base almost colorless and white, with red pullulan film pieces dispersed therein. Because of this, when the chewing gum balloon was inflated, a beautiful colored pattern with red pullulan film pieces dispersed on the white background appeared.

In the obtained decorative bubble gum, both the red pullulan film and the green vinyl acetate resin film pieces were not weaned from the chewing gum at all, and furthermore, during the early and middle stages of chewing, the inflated chewing gum balloon membrane had a red color of the red pullulan film. Both the pattern and the green pattern of the green vinyl acetate resin film piece appeared, and it was extremely beautiful. In the later stages of chewing, the red pullulan film pieces dissolved and disappeared, so only the green pattern formed by the green vinyl acetate resin film pieces appeared on the chewing gum balloon membrane. That is, according to this embodiment, two types of patterns, a mixed pattern of red and green and a single color pattern of green, appear on the chewing gum balloon film over time.
