前述したように、便座に着座しない限シは電磁弁の操作
スイッチを投入しても電磁弁が開放しないように構成さ
れているので、便器の清掃時あるいは小用後に誤って操
作ボックスに配置された「洗浄」と表示した操作スイッ
チを投入しても洗浄装置のノズルから洗浄水を噴出する
ことが全くなく、洗浄水の噴出によ)衣服や便所の床面
等を滴らすという従来の問題点を解消することができる
。又、発光素子と受光素子とからなる着座検出装置は、
加温装置や制御装置を収容した制御ボックスの隅角部を
利用して容易に取付けることができ、しかも、着座検出
信号を受けるスイッチ操作回路はトランジスタと操作ス
イッチとを組合せるだけの簡単な回路構成により設けら
れて制御装置に組込むことができるので、局部洗浄装置
の誤動作を防止する電磁弁制御装置を簡単な構造で安価
に製作でき、かつ、既存の局部洗浄装置に特別のスペー
スを設けることなく容易に設置することができる。更に
、着座検出回路を形成する発光素子と受光素子との投受
光距離は、便座に着座したときのみ着座検出が行い得る
ように必要最小限度の距離に設定されているので、便座
に使用者が着座しない限りは検出機能が作動することが
ないため、局部洗浄装置における誤操作を確実に回避す
ることができる等、幾多の優れた効果を有する。

着座検出信号が送出されたときのみ前記電磁弁を開放可
能とした電磁弁制御装置を具備する局部洗浄装置付便器
の誤操作防止装置。
