方向に貫通孔を穿設し、該軸可動部の先端には該
貫通孔に挿通可能なロツドを突設し、該ロツドの
先端部には径小ネジ部を形成し、かつ該軸回転部
は一方の把持部材と一体的に形成された半円筒状

転主体部の先端部に回動自在に係着し、かつ該回
転可動部の先端部も該係止板部に係着し、さらに

かつ軸部の先端部分の回転及び把持片の回転によ
るクリツピングの自由度を極めて拡大しさらにク
リツプの種類が従来に比べて少なくて済み、その
上軸回転部の回転機構にネジ機構を用いて軸回転
部の妄動を皆無とし精密な作業を要求される脳手
術に適した動脈瘤クリツプ鉗子を提供することを
