The dryer is designed to convert outside air into warm air using a heater, pass it through the clothes, evaporate the moisture in the clothes, and then exhaust the hot air to the outside of the machine.
Therefore, in order to prevent this exhaust air from increasing indoor humidity and condensing, it has been necessary to construct an exhaust duct when installing a conventional dryer. However, due to housing conditions in recent years or when the installation location has been moved, there are many cases where the ducts are not treated and the exhaust air is left to flow into the room where the dryer is used. Therefore, this resulted in high humidity and condensation in the room, and had a significant impact on the human body. The exhaust gas containing cotton dust was inhaled directly into the lungs, causing bronchitis, and was extremely harmful, especially to infants. . Furthermore, it has the disadvantage that the installation location is naturally limited due to the necessity of the above-mentioned installation work.

The purpose of this invention is to guide the exhaust air from the dryer into the inside of the two-tank washer, cool it there and dehumidify it, and drain the cotton dust from the drain of the washer along with the condensed water. To provide a two-tank washing machine with a dryer that eliminates the drawbacks and eliminates the need for construction work during installation, which does not limit the installation location and has a high degree of freedom in installation.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. In FIG. 1, a dryer 2 is placed above a two-tank washing machine 1. Wash with two-tank washing machine 1,
The rinsed and dehydrated clothes are dried in a dryer 2. Inside the dryer 2, the outside air is converted to warm air and heated to the drum 3.
A passageway for permeating the items to be washed inside and for exhausting the air is led by a duct 4 to a water receiver 6 enclosing a dewatering tank 5 of the two-tank washing machine 1. A heat dissipation cylinder 7 having a large number of holes on its surface is provided coaxially with the water receiver 6 on the inner circumferential wall of the water receiver 6 while keeping an appropriate gap between the water receiver 6 and the water receiver 6 . A large number of heat radiating fins 8 are provided in the gap between the water receiver 6 and the heat radiating cylinder 7. Further, there is a drain port 9 at the bottom of the water receiver 6, which is connected to the outside of the two-tank washing machine 1 with a drain hose 10.

With the above configuration, the exhaust gas discharged from the dryer 2 in the form of high humidity and hot air containing cotton dust is transferred to the dehydration tank 5.
The eddy air current caused by the rotation of the air is sucked toward the water receiver 6 and is discharged between the water receiver 6 and the heat radiation cylinder 7 through the duct 4. Therefore, this exhaust gas is cooled by the heat sink 7, condenses into water droplets, and is discharged from the exhaust port 9 at the bottom of the water receiver 6 through the drain hose 10 to a predetermined drainage channel. Needless to say, these water droplets are drained while containing the cotton dust. In addition, when cooling the exhaust air, by operating the dehydration tank 5 of the two-tank washing machine 1, a swirling airflow is generated, which not only increases the cooling effect, but also makes it possible to dehydrate the clothes with clothes loaded. For example, the dehydrated water flows into the heat sink 7.
This can further enhance the cooling effect of the exhaust gas.

As described above, according to the present invention, by guiding the exhaust air from the dryer into the washer, the exhaust air in the form of warm air can be treated without being released into the room, thereby eliminating the cotton dust contained in the exhaust air. It can eliminate the negative effects on the human body. Therefore, with this,
This eliminates the need for exhaust work on the dryer, allowing greater flexibility in installation.
