された突起と、該突起と当接可能に前記ハウジン

定の位置で停止させるストツパーとからなるロー
タリアクチユエータにおいて、前記突起とストツ
パとの間には金属材からなるばね部材を介在させ
、前記回転体の回転停止時における衝撃を緩和す
るようにしたことを特徴とするロータリアクチユ
エータ。 (2) 前記ばね部材は前記突起と該突起に設けた
