管結合孔部管壁の内側に貫通内導体が筒状誘電体
スペーサを介して支持されるとともに上記同軸線
路の内導体端部に電気的に接合されており、 上記導波管結合孔部管壁の内側の上記貫通内導
体およびそのまわり嵌合された上記筒状誘電体ス
ペーサはそれらの中間部の径寸法が管本体同軸線
路の内導体および該内導体に接続された方の端部
