タ部が取り付けられた含浸型陰極構体において、 上記ヒータ容器は同軸に接合された一対の筒体
で構成され、上記陰極基体側に位置する第１筒体
に上記埋込剤が充填され、上記陰極基体から離れ
て位置する第２筒体に上記埋込剤が充填されない
ように構成されていることを特徴とする含浸型陰
