Claims

[Claims for Utility Model Registration] 1. A cutter or device in which a cutter blade is attached to a pair of cutter blade holders that are pinned to the cutter body and opened and closed like scissors by a hydraulic cylinder. A cutter device characterized in that an outer circumferential portion opposite to a cutter blade mounting portion extends from the center of the cutter blade, and the extending portions are configured to come into sliding contact with each other. 2. The cutter device according to claim 1, wherein the sliding surface of the extending portion is provided with an interfering member having a greater blade abrasion resistance than the cutter blade holder.
