下水管の下端はそれぞれ貯水池の底より一定高さ
に保持する保持手段を設け、 さらに貯水池内の水流もしくは貯水池上の風速
を検出する流速検出手段と、この流速検出手段の
出力に基づいて前記紐状体を巻取り制御する可逆
