る中空筒体よりなる流量制御弁8を設けると共
に、この流量制御弁8の中空縦孔9内に第2のニ
ードル孔11を開閉させるスクリユー式ニードル
制限杆12を進退移動しうるように螺入嵌設し、
このニードル制限杆12の頭部12aを中空縦孔
9の外端口9a側に臨ませてなるものである。
