ルをそれぞれ装着して励磁極及び検出極とし、各
磁脚の先端を、磁性体からなる動力伝達用回転軸
の外周面に間隙を介して対向設置して前記回転軸
に加わるトルクを検出するトルク検出装置におい
て、前記回転軸の中心軸に対して垂直な面内に位
置する一組の磁脚を、その延長線が前記回転軸の
中心軸方向に向くように、前記コアの平板の面に
対し傾斜させるとともに、各磁脚に装着するコイ
ルがプリントコイルを形成したフレキシブル基板
を複数枚積層してなる多層プリントコイルからな
り、前記フレキシブル積層基板をその表面が磁脚
先端部と略同一面となるように固着したことを特
