応して1個ずつセレクト用アクチユエータを設け
る一方、シフトフオークの各々に中立位置でセレ
クト用アクチユエータの伸縮に伴つてシフトフオ
ークをシフトシヤフトとトランスミツシヨンカバ
ーのいずれか一方に拘束する係合子を設け、この
係合子をセレクト用アクチユエータの収縮方向に
付勢するスプリングを設けると共に、セレクト用
アクチユエータの1つが伸長状態の時にそのプツ
シユロツドの凹部から押し出されたロツキングボ
ールが他のセレクト用アクチユエータのロツキン
グボールをプツシユロツドの凹部に押し込んでこ
れらの作動を拘束するインターロツク機構を設け
た多段変速機のギヤシフト装置において、セレク
ト用アクチユエータの各々にロツキングボールが
プツシユロツドの凹部に押込み可能なストローク
位置で作動するセレクトノンセツト検出手段を設
けると共に、ギヤチエンジに際して伸長状態のセ
レクト用アクチユエータが収縮して、そのセレク
トノンセツト検出手段が作動した時に、次のセレ
クト用アクチユエータを伸長作動させる制御手段
を設けたことを特徴とする多段歯車変速機のギヤ
