``Prior Art'' Currently, paper containers called pack containers as shown in FIG. 4 are used as containers for selling juice, milk, and the like. When selling juice, milk, etc. in such a packaging container (3), a straw is often attached to the container as an accessory, but for hygienic reasons, the straw is usually placed in a small bag. It is attached to the side wall of the container in its packaged state.

When attaching such packaged straws and spoons to a packaging container, it was difficult to handle the packaged individual sachets.
.. While sequentially conveying a large number of packaging containers on a conveyor etc.
A hot-melt adhesive (hereinafter referred to as "hot-melt adhesive") is injected into the packaging container sent in the middle of the transportation, and the small bag package separated from the strip-shaped continuous package is separated into one bag. Generally, the method of pressing the hot melt onto the dispenser is to wait for the hot melt to cool and solidify before fixing it.

For example, in the method shown in Japanese Patent Publication No. 58-22428, hot melt is sprayed onto the side wall of a container that is intermittently conveyed on a conveyor line using a sprayer, and then a package containing a straw is sprayed onto the side wall of the container. It is transferred from a drum that rotates intermittently at a predetermined position and attached to the side wall of the container. A method is disclosed in which the movement of a moss sacrificial container is detected and hot melt is sprayed, and then the movement of the container that has been sprayed with hot melt is detected again and a straw-containing package is attached. Kaisho 58-1
Publication No. 80103 also describes a predetermined point pT on the outer surface of the packaging container.
It is disclosed that a K-adhesive is applied and a straw-containing package is attached to the area.

``Problems to be solved by the invention'' Conventionally, when attaching a packaged pouch containing straws, etc. to a packaging container, adhesive was applied to the packaging container in advance by spraying, etc. However, with this type of spraying, positioning accuracy is required when transporting and aligning the packaged items such as straws to the container, and if the accuracy is poor, the packaged items may become hot-melted. If it comes off from the application position, it will result in incomplete adhesion and the purpose will not be achieved. In other words, when hot melt is injected in the shape of a drum, the hot melt located directly in front of the rod-shaped object such as a straw will contribute to the adhesion when bonding the packaged items.
If the package is removed from the predetermined position of the packaging container, that is, if only the side edges of the package are pressed against the hot melt, there is a drawback that effective adhesion cannot be achieved. For this reason, the hot melt is injected in a line rather than a dot shape so that the hot melt is always positioned directly in front of the stick-like object such as a straw contained in the package, but as a result, the amount of hot melt used There is a lot of waste, and there is a lot of waste. Furthermore, if the package is fed out of alignment, the package with a small amount of hot melt attached will fall into the pasting machine without being burned and will cause new trouble. Also, straw
If the package is not supplied or if the package falls as described above, there is a problem that the hot melt injected onto the container wall will stain the guide of the applicator or conveyor and cause new troubles. On the other hand, if the temperature of the items filled in the container is too low, the hot melt open time (time from spraying to adhesion) will be too short, and if the temperature of the item is too high, the set time (hot melt There is a problem in that the time it takes for the melt to cool and solidify increases, resulting in poor adhesion of the package.

The present invention was made in view of the shortcomings of conventional pasting devices, and by effectively using hot melt, the amount of hot melt used in the adhesive container can be reduced, and the pasting can always be done reliably. The object of the present invention is to provide a pasting method that prevents such problems as contaminating pasting machines, conveyor guides, etc. and inducing new troubles.

``Means for Solving the Problem'' Therefore, in the present invention, a small bag θ package containing a stick-like object such as a straw, which is transferred by a transfer means, is detected during the transfer, and the package is affixed. After spraying the melt onto the surface of the package, the surface of the package is attached to the side wall of the packaging container, which is sequentially conveyed by a conveyor or the like, with the surface of the package being brought into close contact with the surface of the package.

"Effect" When the package of the sachet sprayed with hot melt is attached to the packaging container, when the adhesive is sprayed at the predetermined position of the package, the surface to which the package is attached is attached to the packaging container. Even if the relative positions of the package and the packaging container are slightly misaligned, the adhesive can be reliably attached as long as the product is pressed against the packaging container. Moreover, only the necessary amount of hot melt is needed; It is not easily affected by temperature and can be bonded under uniform conditions without causing any defects.

With such a device, the packaging containers (3) are sent one by one on the conveyor (1τ), and each packaging container (3) is moved one pitch at a time for individual packaging on the outer peripheral surface of the band-shaped colored packaging (12+ is moved one pitch at a time). The weight transfer cheno (1
), one of the clamping pieces (3a) of the clamping body attached to the transfer cheno (1), which is traveling at a predetermined speed, opens its legs, and the clamping body opens its mouth. In this state, as soon as the protrusion (3a') of the clamping piece (3a) is removed from the kite (4), the legs close, and the instantaneous Kanotino glow The package rB+ which is adsorbed on the outer circumferential surface of the clamp is held, and the bulging part <B3) of the package B) is fitted into the groove (6) of the clamp body and the grooves i81 and l1il of the upper and lower holders 161. and is sent in the direction of the arrow in FIG. Then, the package [F]) is detected by the fiber processor (9) for detecting colored packaging.
is detected, and during its travel, hot melt is sprayed by the hot melt gun ++01 onto predetermined locations above and below the surface to which the package is attached, as indicated by Di shown in FIG. 3. The package B) that has been sprayed with hot melt reaches the attachment position after a predetermined time at a constant speed, and the attachment surface is brought into close contact with the side wall of the corresponding packaging container (2) that was detected and transported earlier. Then, while the transfer container (1) ran alongside the main transfer conveyor tlJ71, the hot melt was cooled and solidified and was completely attached to the packaging container (8), and the transfer container (1) was evacuated. Thereafter, the false packaging container 1i-i packet on the main transport conveyor α force is released from the inclination and moved, so that it is in an upright position and is transported out.

The color packaging material B), which has been individually divided as described above, is held by the clamping body and transported, and the transfer is detected by photoelectric detection, and the molten hot melt is transferred to the color packaging material IBI.
After being injected onto the adhesion surface, the product is pressed against the side wall of the container after a certain period of time, ensuring that it is adhered to the packaging container with uniform open time. The example is based on the case where a package containing a straw is attached to a rectangular parallelepiped packaging container, but the example is a case where a packaged pouch containing a rod-shaped object such as a spoon is attached to the outside surface of a pond-shaped packaging container. ``Effects of the Invention'' As is clear from the above explanation, the method of the present invention can be used to apply the packaging of small bags containing straws and other stick-like objects to packaging of beverages, etc. If you are busy attaching the package to the side wall of the container, even if the positioning accuracy is poor when aligning the package to the packaging container, the package will be completely attached to the packaging container, and incomplete adhesion will not occur as in the past. It will never happen that you will not be able to achieve your goal. In addition, compared to the conventional method of spraying hot melt onto the packaging container to attach the package, it is more economical as the amount of hot melt used is smaller, and it is also less expensive in terms of machine maintenance. If the package is fed out of alignment and the hot melt is slightly hot, the package may fall into the pasting machine (C).
In addition, there is an effect of eliminating all concerns that the hot melt that should be injected into the packaging container may contaminate the pasting machine, conveyor guide, etc. and cause problems due to the package not being supplied or falling off. Furthermore, even if the temperature of the product filled in the packaging container is too low or too high, the hot melt will not be significantly affected by washing, unlike conventional methods, and there will be no possibility of poor adhesion of the packaged product. It fosters many benefits.
