【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案はコンクリート電柱の根元側開口端を閉
塞させる底蓋に関するものである。

コンクリート電柱を建てるに当たつては土中に
埋め込まれる根元側開口端(元口)より電柱内に
土砂が侵入してくると電柱が沈降したり傾いたり

いる。ところでこの底蓋は土圧に耐えるだけの強
度が要求されるため、従来はこれをコンクリート
ブロツクで形成し、これをモルタル等の接合材に
より電柱の元口に接合するようにしていた。しか
るにこのようなコンクリートブロツク製の底蓋で
は、それ自体が重量物となるために底蓋自体の製
造やコンクリート電柱の元口への接合に手間が掛
かり、また、接合後に底蓋が自重で電柱から脱落
することがある等の問題があつた。

本考案はこのような従来欠点に鑑み、底蓋自体
の軽量化によるコンクリート電柱への接合作業の
改善、接合後の脱落防止を図り、更に底蓋自体の
軽量化、並びに生産性向上によるコスト低減化等
を達成せんとするものであり、この目的を達成す
るため本考案の底蓋は同一形状の半円弧状をした
二つの半割体に分割可能なドーナツ盤状をした外
部材と、該外部材の内径に合致する外径寸法の円
盤状の内部材を夫々プラスチツクにより成形した
ものであつて、前記各半割体は内周縁に内壁を立
設して該内壁の内周面に下向き鉤状の内向係合片
を延設し、外周縁には外壁を、また該外壁と前記
内壁との間には中間壁を夫々同心的に立設して該
外壁と中間壁との間にモルタル等の接合材の流し
込み部を周回形成し、さらに両端縁に夫々端壁を
延設して一方の端壁には他方の端壁を嵌入するや
はり下向き鉤状の横向係合片を延設し、前記内部
材は周縁に前記内向係合片に嵌入する外壁を設け
てなることを特徴とするものである。

沿つて下向き鉤状の内向係合片9を延設し、該内
向係合片9に適当間隔置きに複数の切欠溝12を
設けると共に、前記端壁14の外縁にやはり下向
き鉤状の横向係合片15を延設し、該横向係合片
15の前記中間壁11の延長上に他方の端壁1

り形成し、2つの半割体と内部材とに分割成形す
るようにしたものであるから金型を小型化できて
より一層生産コストの低減が図れその経済的メリ
ツトも大きい。
