Traditionally, when installing a wooden base on a concrete foundation, a durable wood such as cypress or cypress was used and a preservative was applied on top of it, or a preservative was injected under pressure in advance. Wood was used.

Due to moisture from the ground and rainwater blowing in from outside,
Wooden foundations and pillars corrode or flake in a relatively short period of time. This is because moisture tends to accumulate at the boundary between the foundation and the foundation, and the higher the degree of adhesion, the more easily moisture can penetrate through capillary action and become difficult to escape. Moreover, since there are no gaps, there is no air circulation and there is almost no chance of drying.

This humidity and water content makes it more susceptible to corrosion and damage from pests such as termites. These traces are often discovered during renovations and additions.

To counter this, we use durable cypress and Japanese cypress,
A preservative is coated on top of it, but the antiseptic effect of the preservative has a limit, and the more moisture and moisture it contains, the shorter the lifespan will be. In any case, it is much shorter than the lifespan of the building. Moreover, once a building is constructed on a foundation, it is almost impossible to apply preservatives to the entire foundation again, unless it is demolished and applied when remodeling or expanding. Even when preservatives are injected under pressure, the difference is the same.

The same thing can be said about architectural exterior walls. That is,
Between the wooden base or pillar and the mortar, asphalt felt or waterproof paper is placed on top of the wood siding as a base member to prevent water and moisture from penetrating the surface of the mortar outer wall and rotting the base or pillar. I try not to let it happen. However, since most of the wooden members are in close contact with the asphalt felt or waterproof paper, ventilation is poor and dew condensation is likely to occur. In this case as well, water gradually penetrates into the gaps due to capillary action, accelerating the corrosion of the wooden parts. Corrosion accelerates as the waterproofing effect deteriorates.

On the other hand, the anchor bolt (
Since the position of 7) varies considerably depending on the foundation work, a so-called core relief mark is placed on the top surface of the foundation (6) and the position of the anchor bolt (7) is measured using this as a reference line. After measuring the position of the anchor bolt (7),
Based on this measurement value D, the hole position for passing the anchor bolt (7) is determined based on the center line (so-called 8 ink) of the surface of the base (8) to which the construction auxiliary member (10) is attached, Holes are simultaneously drilled into the foundation (8) and the construction auxiliary member (10) from the surface side of the foundation (8). The work up to this point will be more efficient if it is done all at once in a factory or the like.

After the foundation is completed, the exterior walls will be constructed. First, the pillar (11) is erected on the foundation (8). Next, grooves are placed so that the tip (4b) of the back surface (lb) of the construction auxiliary member (10) cut to a predetermined size is in close contact with the outside of the foundation (8) and the outside of the erected pillar (11). As explained above, according to the present invention, the plurality of grooves (2a, 2b) provided on the front and back surfaces of the construction auxiliary member are provided between the foundation and the base member or between the base member and the column. The holes act as ventilation holes, and air layers are formed on both the front and back sides, which allows for good air flow and prevents moisture build-up. This layer of air provides insulation and a barrier to moisture transfer, helping to prevent condensation from forming, and also prevents moisture from penetrating through the concrete or mortar, preventing moisture from penetrating through concrete or mortar. Therefore, corrosion and dandruff of the foundation and pillars can be prevented for a long period of time, and the material used does not need to be expensive wood such as cypress, but it can be put to practical use.

Furthermore, when using the construction auxiliary member, it is possible to freely cut long or short pieces using the boundaries between the protrusions and grooves formed at predetermined intervals as a guide. This construction auxiliary member can be used in common, whether it is used between a foundation and a foundation, or between an external wall such as mortar and a pillar or foundation, as long as it is cut to match the dimensions. In addition to being a molded product, it is suitable for mass production and is economical.

Furthermore, when constructing a foundation using the construction auxiliary member according to the present invention, the construction auxiliary member is attached to the foundation in advance, and when drilling a hole for penetrating the anchor bolt, the hole is drilled from the top side of the foundation, and the construction auxiliary member Since the holes are drilled at the same time, the subsequent steps are almost the same as the conventional construction method, which has the advantage of requiring less time and effort.

(3) A. Step B of constructing a concrete foundation with anchor bolts installed at predetermined intervals. A flat connecting portion and a plurality of grooves connecting both side end surfaces of the connecting portion at predetermined intervals are formed. a plurality of protrusions protruding from the front and back surfaces of the connecting portion; a surface formed by connecting the tips of the plurality of protrusions protruding from the front surface; and a plurality of protrusions protruding from the back surface. The surface of the construction auxiliary member, which has a front surface and a back end formed such that the surfaces formed by connecting the ends of each part form two planes parallel to each other, is on the back side of the wooden base. step C of attaching the construction auxiliary member to the foundation so as to be in contact with the foundation; step D of simultaneously drilling holes for passing the anchor bolt through the construction auxiliary member and the foundation at predetermined locations; step D of the wooden foundation and the construction. A construction method for a foundation, comprising steps A to D, including the steps of passing the anchor bolt through a hole in an auxiliary member and fixing it to the upper surface of the foundation.
