はこの考案の一実施例による燃料電池を示す断面
図である。 図において、1はセル、2はセパレータ板、3
aは上集電板、3bは下集電板、4aは上部絶縁
部、4bは下部絶縁部、6は電池発電部、7は電
解液受である。なお、図中、同一符号は同一、又
は相当部分を示す。

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 内部に電解液を保持し燃料及び空気の反応
    により発電を行なうセルと、燃料及び空気を分離
    させるためのセパレータ板とを交互に積層した電
    池発電部と、その電池発電部を狭んだ上、下に配
    置され電流を取出す上、下集電板と、これら集電
    板の絶縁をそれぞれ行なう上、下絶縁部とを備え
    た燃料電池積層体において、下部絶縁部の一部に
    水溶液不透過性の電解液受を設けたことを特徴と
    する燃料電池。 (2) 電解液受を水溶液不透過性の導電性物質に
    より構成したことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求
    の範囲第1項記載の燃料電池。
