Mandarin orange juice cans containing sandbags are relatively new to the market, and in the early days of this canning production, the sandbags were put into the containers by hand. It takes time and effort to keep the contents of the cans constant, and the filling speed is slow, resulting in poor manufacturing efficiency, and there is a need for an automatic device to solve this problem.

One such automatic filling device was published in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 1986-
This is shown in Publication No. 142789. This is a type that uses a piston-cylinder device to suck sandbags from a tank into a cylinder, then switches the flow path with a flow path switching valve and discharges the sucked sandbags into a container using a piston. This is the device. However, with this device, when the piston suctions the sand bags, it is not possible to avoid air getting in between the sand bags.
Therefore, in order to fill a container in a fixed amount at a time, the piston is moved in the discharge direction before switching the flow path selector valve to remove the intervening air from the hopper or tank, just as if the air in the syringe was removed before injection. The process of returning it to normal is essential.

In other words, this device uses the operation of a piston to forcibly suction and discharge, so it has the advantage of being able to process at high speed compared to a natural flow system, but it has the disadvantage of having a large number of steps and making the device complicated and expensive. In addition, when switching the passage of the sand bag with a switching valve, the sand bag may be destroyed by the valve, and when discharging air from the cylinder and discharging the sand bag, pressure is applied by the piston. Since the sandbags are forced by adding a

Therefore, this method is not recommended for products such as mandarin orange sandbags that are used to fill a container with a certain amount of a certain amount, products that have the property of adhering to the equipment, and products that adhere to each other and create air conditioning between the products. I can not use it.
In addition, the nature of the sandbags adhering to the equipment will cause the sandbags to get caught up in the sliding parts of the equipment, which may not only destroy the sandbags but also cause the equipment to malfunction.

In the figure, 1 is a pipe that supplies a mixed solution of water and sandbags to a storage tank 2, and 3 is a sloping gutter that connects the storage tank 2 and a hopper 5 whose top is open.
Most of the container 1 is a mesh, and a drain tube 4 is provided under the mesh. Inside the hopper 5, there are rods 6, 6' which reciprocate up and down within the hopper to agitate the liquid mixture within the hopper. Although not shown, there is a device inside the hopper 5 that detects the height of the liquid level.
A liquid level detector is provided to adjust the amount of injection into the hopper, and a filling hole 7 is provided in the bottom plate 7 of the hopper 5.
1 is provided. 8 is a rotating cylindrical plate that rotates horizontally and counterclockwise around the axis 9, and around it, an appropriate number of cylindrical holes 8 are formed on concentric pitch circles.
1 are punched at equal intervals. This cylindrical plate 8 is installed so that its upper surface is always in contact with the lower surface of the bottom plate 7 of the hopper 5 and rotates. Further, the filling hole 71 of the bottom plate 7 is located on the rotation path of the cylindrical hole 81. The diameter of these cylindrical holes 81 is preferably equal to or somewhat smaller than the diameter of the container so that the container can be easily filled with sandbags. 10
is a drain plate fixed to the frame (not shown) of this device, and has a large number of pores 101 over its entire surface.
(Figure 3) is provided. The upper surface of this draining plate 10 is always in contact with the lower surface of the rotating cylindrical plate 8 and is installed so as to slide on the rotating cylindrical plate 8. This draining board 1
0 has a length that covers at least the filling hole 71. 1
Reference numeral 1 denotes a transport turret located below the rotating cylindrical plate 8, which places the casing A directly below the cylindrical hole 81 of the cylindrical plate 8 and transports the casing A in synchronization with the cylindrical plate 8;
2 is a substrate located below the turret 11 and parallel to the rotating cylindrical plate 8, and the housing A is conveyed on this substrate 2. Reference numeral 13 indicates a case carrying-in turret, and 14 indicates a case carrying-out case, both of which rotate in synchronism with the transport turret 11. The case carrying-in turret 13 is installed so that the case A is carried into the carrying-in turret 11 immediately before the terminal end 102 of the draining plate.

A mixed solution of water and sand bags is supplied from a pipe 1 to an ore storage tank 2. Eventually, the liquid overflowing from storage tank 2 flows into gutter 3.
The water flows down towards the hopper 5 through the hopper 5. At this time, some of the water falls into the drain tube 4 through the screen. By keeping the mixing ratio of water and sandbags supplied to the storage tank 2 almost constant, the amount of liquid flowing down on the gutter 3 is constant, and the ratio of sandbags is larger than the mixed liquid in the storage tank. A constant amount of mixed liquid will flow into the hopper. In this way, a fixed proportion of the mixed liquid is supplied and stored in the hopper 5. This storage amount is controlled by a detector. By the way, if this mixed solution remains stationary, the sand bag and water will separate, so it is stirred by stirring rods 6 and 6' to make it uniform. On the other hand, when the rotating cylindrical plate 8 rotates and a certain cylindrical hole 81 comes under the filling hole 71 of the bottom plate 7, the hopper 5 is opened from the end of the filling hole 71.
The liquid inside flows into the cylindrical hole 81. At this time, the pores 101 of the draining plate 10 serve as channels for discharging the air within the cylindrical holes 81, and also discharge only the water of the mixed liquid that has accumulated within the cylindrical holes 81. When filling is completed at the end of the filling hole 71, most of the water has also been discharged. In this way, the sandbag is protected from destruction as the water in the mixture acts as a lubricant. When the cylindrical hole 81 rotates to the terminal end 102 of the drain plate 10, the inside of the cylindrical hole 81 becomes almost filled with sand bags. At this time, the case A is being conveyed downward in synchronization with the movement of the cylindrical plate 8.
Only the sandbags fall into the casing, which is then filled and sent out from the unloading turret 14 to the next process.

The gutter 3 connecting the storage tank 2 and the hopper 5 is inclined at 45 degrees with respect to the horizontal plane, and the net portion of the bottom surface 31 of the gutter 3 is made of a 3 mm square net. As a result, the ratio of sand bag to water in the hopper 5 is maintained at a constant ratio of 3:1 to 2:1. The stroke of the rods 6 and 6' that stir the inside of the hopper 5 is 70 mm, making 120 reciprocations per minute. Further, the lower ends of the stirring rods 6, 6' are shaped like truncated cones like horse hooves so that they can sufficiently stir the sand and push the sand bag into the cylindrical hole 81. As shown in FIG. 2, the filling hole 71 provided in the bottom plate 7 of the hopper 5 has an angle of θ=34° centered on the axis 9 of the rotating cylindrical plate 8, and has an R of 25 mm at each end. Adding a semicircle to the shape, the area is 6.95×10 3 mm 2 in the shape of an elongated hole with a width d=50 mm centered on the axis 9. Because of this shape, the sand bag and water gradually flow into the cylindrical hole 81 from the semicircular portion at the end, and the inflow gradually ends, so that the sand bag is not damaged. The rotating cylindrical plate 8 has a 168

A 50mm cylindrical hole is provided. The draining plate 10 extends about 70° from the center of the filling hole 71 to both sides, and is provided with a diameter of 2 mm at intervals of 4 mm over its entire surface.
