Claims (1)
該表面層の裏面に接着された架橋結合樹脂系層と
、(ハ)該樹脂系層の下側面に架橋結合樹脂によつ
て接着固定された電気絶縁層と、(ニ)該樹脂系層
と該絶縁層との間にはさまれ且つ少なくとも上側
部分が該樹脂系層内に埋設されて固定された発熱
抵抗体とから本質的に成る構造を特徴とする、タ
イル状セラミツク発熱体。 (2) 上記の架橋結合樹脂系層が耐熱性且つ電気
絶縁性の補強用繊維を含む繊維強化樹脂から成る

の両層が耐熱性且つ電気絶縁性の補強用繊維を含
む繊維強化樹脂から成り、上記の発熱抵抗体の周
