- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ヒータを有する加熱室と、この加熱室に隣
接して設けられ、前記加熱室内の温度を均一にす
るフアンを有する送風室と、この送風室と前記加
熱室との間に設けられ、通常は前記送風室と前記
加熱室とを遮断し、前記加熱室内の温度が所定の
温度以上になると前記加熱室と前記送風室とを連
通する温度変位手段とを備えてなる加熱調理装置
。 (2) 温度変位手段は、形状記憶合金からなる実
用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の加熱調理装置
。
