Claims (1)
- 冷凍肉の切削刃を周面に具備した回転体、該切
削刃により切削する冷凍肉を載置する移送テーブ
ル、該移送テーブル上に載置した冷凍肉を前記回
転体に向けて押圧する押圧板および移送テーブル
を覆う蓋部材からなる冷凍肉切削機において、前
記蓋部材が回動可能に支承されており、該蓋部材
および前記押圧板に蓋部材の自重により互いに係
合可能で且つ蓋部材を持上げると離脱可能な外面
カムおよびカム係合部材が設けられていることを
特徴とする冷凍肉切削機の案内蓋開閉装置。
